Manufacturing Capabilities & Quality assurance
Our production facilities are equipped with cutting edge technology, ensuring that every step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored for quality control
From ingredient sourcing, to cooking and packaging we adhere to the highest standards in the industry. Our wet food site is BRC accredited A, enabling all our Tetra cartons to be available in UK and EU grocery retail channel.
The use of advanced equipment and strict hygiene protocols helps maintain the nutritional integrity of the ingredients while ensuring product consistency and safety.
Over the next two years we will be developing and extending our site in Suffolk to increase capacity and storage with a CAPEX investment of over £6.5m.
The process begins with the receipt of human -grade, sustainably sourced raw ingredients, where possible all supplied from within the UK.
Upon arrival, all ingredients undergo rigorous quality checks before being accurately measured and blended in mixers.
The blended product is then filled into cartons, sealed, and subjected to further quality control to verify weight and seal integrity. These packs are loaded into our retort cookers, where they are gently steam-cooked using Tetra Pak technology, which enables faster cooking while preserving natural nutrients and minerals.
After cooking, the packs are unloaded, batch-printed, and packed. We have invested in 2025 in our packing facilities with the ability to automate mixed cases.
